What a very nice day we had. Thanks to Nick, of course, Karen Davis with Caesar and Star, Sheila Joyce with Tessa, and Pat Morgan with Mr 2012 November, Sunny.
We met a LOT of people - I expect several applications to come in. There was a couple interested in Sadie and also a young man looking for Rosedbud. Plus another couple who had just submitted an app dropped by.
We collected $124 in donations plus sold 8 calendars, too!

Joining Grizzly and me today were Gail and Dana Haywood with Riley, Tony Cotner with Daisy, Ingrid and Karie Wilson with Sammy and Sadie, Kathi Youhas with Carter, Jay and Jodi Koblick, and Karen Davis with Caesar and Star. We only made a little over $80 but were very busy with potential fosters and adopters. And thank you to Nick for helping me as usual.

Thanks to Darrell Marshall and Shadow, Dana, Gail and Riley Haywood, Tony Cotner and Daisy, Malaki (our new foster) and Jim Henkel who stopped by to pick up Malaki and deliver him to his forever home! We took in $109. Next M&G at this location is Saturday, October 20. See you then!

On an early fall day with temps in the high-90s, eight AGR members and their dogs collected $134 and sold two t-shirts for a total of $166 in donations. On an unbelievably hot August day, AGR was forced inside the store and in the back . Foot traffic was way down. We collected a total of $8 but still had a great time socializing our dogs and with fellow members. Thanks to Deb Orwig for hosting & filling in for Denny Myrick who was on vacation.

It was really hot last Saturday, but wanted to thanks Tony Cotner with Daisy and Rocket, Jim Henkel and Winston, Dan Womack, Becky Philips and Tucker, Dana, Gail and Riley Haywood, Dan Farkas and Abbey, Maggie Muller with Benzo and Elsa, Robin and Linda Lee with Razzie. It was great to have some new faces! We took in $161! Awesome.

On an unbelievably humid Saturday, July 14th, 2012 at the Mayo Blvd. PetSmart store, the following Arizona Golden Rescue volunteers and their amazing Goldens set up outside: Tony Cotner with Daisy; Sally and Tom Fetherston with Molly and Rocky; Dana and Gail Haywood with Riley; Kim Lindenmeyer with Indy; Denny Myrick with Jake; Deb Orwig with Mufasa; Donna, Maddy, and Malloy Sells with Casey; Pam Spicer with Lexi; and Cynthia Wenstrom with Tag. We collected a total of $225.94.

Sunday, July 8th AGR brought some of their beautiful goldens to tell about rescue and raise money for the vet care of our new goldens!!! 1st shift: McKenna with Sheila Joyce, Indy with Kim Lindenmeyer, Sage and Rex with Jackie and Dave Engelhardt. 2nd shift: Troy and Mufasa with Deb Orwig, Bunny with Sarah, and Riley with Dana and Gail Haywood.
